The present study was carried out to compare the student of Private and Government schools on the value pattern. Sample of 25 students of 9th class were selected randomly for the present study. Value inventory prepared and standardized by Sambhi (1998) was used. The results reveal that private schools enforce the discipline more strictly than the govt. schools and in most of the cases they have been found to follow values of one or the other reason.
