Education is the complete development of the individuality of the child so that he can make an original contribution human life according to best office capacity. According to John Dewey, “Education is the development all those capacities in the individual, which enable him to control his environment and full fill his responsibilities ‘’.Education is a product experience. It is process by which and through which the experience of the race, that is knowledge, skills and attitude are transmitted to the member of the community. Education is the process of helping the child to adjust to this changing world. Education is an attempt to develop the man. Through education learning occurs and which helps for human development. Human development is crucial in the total development of any society. Many of the problems of our time such as corruption, unemployment, wars etc can be traced to irrelevant and inadequate education (Rao 2002) .As a result of brain imaging technologies researchers are now giving a scientific explanation for the process of learning and thinking. This technology helps the researchers to watch learning occur as a specific pattern of brain activity.

Brain is the organ of learning (Hart 1983) every part of the brain controls different functions of learning. Especially the two hemispheres plays different role themselves. The left hemisphere appears to be specialized for language functions of speaking, reading, writing and understanding language and for analytical functions. The right hemisphere appears to be specialized for nonverbal abilities, musical, abilities and perceptual and spatial manipulative skills. (Springer and Deutch, 1981). The hemisphere in the learning process is called brain dominance. Brain dominance is also called Brain based learning or hemispheric dominance or cerebral dominance.
