Abstract
Teachers are pillars of the society. Teachers help the students to reach their goal. In order to help the students, teachers has to be motivated. The effective use of a teacher‘s motivation is essential in conducting instructional activity. Motivation enhances the behaviour of the teacher in different ways, such as personal needs, self development and teaching learning process in and around the institutions. Motivation is an important factor that affects learning and achievement of students as well as teachers. Interest is one of the components of motivation; teachers should teach the subject enthusiastically by relating it to real life situations and should create interest among the students. The psychological aspect of teachers is essential for their development of the carrier. They must develop their personal career with the enhancement of the motivational aspects.
