eaching is the process by which a person helps other people to learn. Teaching helps people to gain knowledge and attitudes they need to be responsible and rational citizens, earn a living, and lead a useful, rewarding life. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of Locality, Management and Gender on the pedagogical knowledge of D.El.Ed. students. Pedagogical knowledge scale developed by Carmen Popa (2016) was adopted for the present study. A sample of 640 D.El.Ed. students representing all categories of D.El.Ed. colleges in Y.S.R. and Chittoor districts are considered for the present study by following the standardized sampling procedures. The statistical techniques ‘t’ and ‘F’ (ANOVA) tests were employed for analysis of the data. The results of data analysis indicated that there is statistically significant influence of Locality, Management and Gender at 0.01 level of significance on the pedagogical knowledge of D.El.Ed. students. The results are discussed and conclusions are drawn. Keywords: Pedagogical knowledge, D.El.Ed. students.
