Abstract

Indian Tertiary Education System provides an apt platform for learning assessment modalities which directly asses the unidirectional progression of students. The Additional Skill Acquisition Programme of Kerala Government gives galore of educational benefits including language development, greater autonomy and flexibility for teachers and a greater likelihood that students will acquire important skills such as critical thinking, soft skill enhancement, creativity, start up programs and entrepreneurship etc. Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) strategy is more reliable in the total development of children especially all the inherent skills. CLT framework in ASAP is quite apposite for the complete evaluation of student trainer/CET trainer in sequential steps which directly or indirectly build the incorporation of skill in children. This newly enunciated framework provides stress free continuous evaluation incorporates with assessment. This framework augments generic skills and outcomes of learning. The paper proposes to discuss mitigating intangible lacunae in our education system and excruciating issues related with assessment in learning in Tertiary Education plethora of India using Knowledge management strategies and Schemamodifiabiltiy. This frame work also accelerates a platform for regurgitation focus for both learners and teachers. CLT approach provides stress free and authentic way of assessment in Tertiary Education Sector.
