EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING TOWARDS COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT IN GEOGRAPHY LEARNING AT SECONDARY LEVEL By Meenakshi

Abstract

         This paper deals about joyful and cheerful learning with experience, to move out of four walls of the class room and out of limited pages of the text book and let learning to thrive and magnify. This paper discusses deeper in to the essence of experiential learning and how to bring it to the geography class (latitude and longitude) to make learning joyful, engaging and at the same time connected to real life. This attempts to move away from traditional learning with what is experiential learning with concepts.
