Abstract
In the present study, the investigator has attempted to study the Emotional intelligence among B. Ed trainees. The sample consisted of 1000 B. Ed trainees studying in the B. Ed colleges of Tirunelveli, Tuticorin and Kanyakumari districts. The collected data, using Survey Method were analysed using percentage analysis and `t’ test. The results revealed that there is significant difference found in the dimensions of Intra Personal Awareness, Intra Personal Management, Inter Personal Management and Emotional Intelligence.
