Abstract

Stress has become a major concern both to individual and to the organizational in which they work in the late twentieth century. Since the mid 1990’s occupational stress has regularly found its way into the media and has been the subject of much discussion, concern and ill-conceived rumour. It only in recent years the academicians have begun to recognize its existence and have made attempts to overcome it.
